Effects of Poverty

About one in five American children have resided in families where money is extended to its actual means; meaning that parent or adults of that household have way more children in the house in which they can actually afford. Many children cannot avoid the fact of being "broke" because they are born into this bad circumstance. With this being said, children cannot improve their families economic situations until they are able to get a job; which may not even help at all. Although, there are government programs that can help poor children be better off this may not help. This may just teach children to be dependent on government aid or any type of aid. Soo, what should we do??
